By using the Breppe website, games, NFTs, $BREP token interactions or related services, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the project

Breppe is an experimental digital + physical collectible project. Features described as “planned”, “future” or “coming soon” are not guarantees and may change or never launch.

2. No financial advice

$BREP and Breppe NFTs can be volatile and may lose value. Nothing on this site is financial, investment or legal advice. DYOR.

3. User conduct

Do not exploit bugs or attempt to attack the platform.
Do not use the services for illegal activity.
Respect other community members.

4. NFTs & physical cards

Blockchain ownership of an NFT is determined by the Solana (or relevant) ledger. Possession of a physical NFC card does not by itself prove NFT ownership. Transfer rules for cards and rewards will be published per experience.

5. Limitation of liability

The project is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, tokens, NFTs or NFC experiences.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
